Our Workshop
Our workshop will carry out all repairs with full confidence following an estimate. We offer a wide range of repair services from resizing to replacement of missing stones.
We also offer a comprehensive range of watch and clock repairs undertaken by our fully qualified and experienced watch technician, these include: movement overhaul, watch battery replacement, water resistance and resealing, leather strap replacement and bracelet alterations.
In addition to our repair services we are also able to custom make any bespoke requests.
Engraving
Add a personal touch by having a piece of jewellery or a gift engraved in a choice of modern or traditional fonts.
Whether you are celebrating an engagement, birthday, anniversary or simply saying thank you to a friend or your wedding guests, engraving adds an unforgettable personal touch to a gift.
Valuations & Insurance Claims
Valuations for insurance replacement, sale or probate are carried out by our valuers who are trained by The National Association of Goldsmiths & The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
Valuations for insurance are £60 + 1.75% of the valuation figure, plus VAT.
Insurance Claims For Lost Items
When an item of jewellery goes missing your insurance company will normally require you to provide them with a letter from a jeweller stating the current value of the missing items.
Although we cannot see your missing jewellery we are able, with your help, to arrive at an accurate replacement figure.
We will be happy to provide you with a letter for your insurers. This service is with our compliments.
We are members of the Loss Management Group and I Val Replacement Service.
Valuation For Probate
Basic charge of £60.00 plus 3.5% of the valuation figure, plus VAT.
